Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • If I am in the Rookie Me Academy should I purchase one of these programs?
    • No. You have access to the Rookie Me high performance team who are here to help you.
    • If a program in the list above interests you, please reach out to the high performance team at admin@rookieme.com to discuss how they can assist you further in your training.
  • What age range are these programs designed for?
    • Our programs are specifically designed for athletes between the ages of 12 years and older, ensuring age-appropriate sport-specific training and development.
    • We always recommend consulting with an exercise professional before taking part in any online-based training program to ensure that exercises are appropriate for you.
  • What types of training programs do you offer?
    • We offer both gym, home and field-based strength & conditioning training programs.
    • Our gym programs focus on strength, conditioning, and injury mitigation, while our field programs emphasize agility, speed, and sport-specific skills.
  • Are there any videos involved in your program so i know what I have to do?
    • Yes all training programs come with helpful videos explaining how to complete the program.
    • Where appropriate, each exercise has a video of the exercise and also a regression if the primary exercise is too difficult and also a progression exercise if the primary is too easy.
  • Do you offer consultation, feedback or advice on my training program?
    • Unless specifically stipulated above on the program card itself, Rookie Me does not offer one-to-one feedback on trainnig programs.
    • As our trainnig program offerings expand, we will be looking to include tailored feedback to individual subscribers.
  • How do subscriptions / payments work?
    • Programs last anywhere from 4-24 weeks.
    • When subscribing to a particular program you pay upfront for the full duration.
    • Once the duration expires, your account is deactivated and you will not be charged any further for the program unless the program is an ongoing subscription.
    • Once the duration expires, you will no longer have access to the training program.
  • What do I do if I want multiple types of training programs at once?
    • Each of the above programs is it's own separate subscription.
    • Unfortunately you can only subscribe to one subscription at a time.
    • If you wish to utilise a different training program, you must first cancel your existing subscription and then purchase a new one.
    • For training programs that work on multiple physical qualities (e.g., strength and endurance) please see the 'Combos' section.
    • If the 'Combos' section does not have what you desire, please send us an email at admin@rookieme.com and we will investigate the possibility of building a program to suite your needs.
  • Do you offer free trials?
    • No, we do not offer trial sessions for our programs.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    • To cancel your subscription you must go to TeamBuildr.com on a web browser, go to settings in the top right hand corner of the page and then to subscriptions in order to manage your account.
    • Reminder that your subscription will auto cancel at the end of the program period length.
  • What qualifications do your strength & conditioning coaches hold?
    • Our coaches are certified professionals with extensive experience in youth and senior athletic development.
    • They hold relevant certifications in strength and conditioning, first aid, and have a deep understanding of adolescent physiology.
