Terms and Conditions

Purchase an annual subscription to Rookie Me Play (Basic) and receive a 12-month FREE subscription to Rookie Me Coach (Premium), valued at $161.98 annually, per user.

1. Promotional Period:
   • This promotional offer is valid after purchasing an annual subscription to Rookie Me Play (Basic) between 09/05 2024 and 30/06/2024 (Promotional Period).
   • This offer is subject to availability during the Promotional Period and may no longer be offered once the Promotional Period lapses. 
2. Subscription Term and Renewal:
   • The complimentary subscription to Rookie Me Coach (Premium) will commence on the date your annual subscription to Rookie Me Play (Basic) is activated and will continue for a period of 12 months (Complimentary Subscription Period).
   • At the end of the Complimentary Subscription Period, your subscription to Rookie Me Coach (Premium) will automatically renew at the standard annual rate per user, unless you choose to cancel the renewal in accordance with the cancellation clause herein.
3. Billing and Payment:
   • If you do not cancel the automatic renewal of your Rookie Me Coach (Premium) subscription, you will be billed at the standard annual rate per user at the end of the Complimentary Subscription Period.
   • Payment will be collected using the payment method you provided when purchasing the annual Rookie Me Play (Basic) subscription.
4. Cancellation 
   • You may cancel your subscriptions at any time during the Complimentary Subscription Period or at the end of the Complimentary Subscription Period by:
     • Rookie Me Play: Log in to Rookie Me Hub using your credentials and visit the License page of the Team your subscription is assigned to. From there, click on "Manage" on the license to view the subscription details, and select "Cancel Subscription" to proceed with the cancellation process.
     • Rookie Me Coach: Log in to Rookie Me Coach using your credentials and visit the Subscriptions page within the Accounts area. From there, you can cancel your subscription by selecting the appropriate option.
5. Other Terms:
   • The complimentary subscription and subsequent renewal of Rookie Me Coach (Premium) are subject to the terms and conditions of use of Rookie Me Coach (Premium), as well as our general terms of service, privacy policy, and any other relevant policies governing our services.    • We reserve the right to modify or terminate this promotional offer at any time during the Promotional Period, provided that any changes will not affect the Complimentary Subscription Period. 
   • We reserve the right to terminate your access to the promotional offer at any time if you are in breach of these terms and have not remedied the breach within 7 days of notice to you. 
   • If termination occurs:
     • your access to the promotional offer will cease or, at Rookie Me’s sole discretion, revert to limited features;
     • Rookie Me will continue to use any non-personally identifiable information gathered during your subscription for future use, including game times and trends;
     • you must pay Rookie Me any outstanding amounts for services provided by Rookie Me (including subscription fees) up to and including the date of termination; and
     • any fees paid by you in advance may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, except where the terms have been terminated.
