Established
Rookie Me is established by CEO and Founder, Adham "Adzee" Dimachki.
2014
Testing product launch
RM Testing is a testing body for major leagues and associations, such as the AFL, NAB League and NBL, as well as many sporting organisations and schools
2014
Connect product launch
A Pilot RM Testing event was conducted at the Collingwood Football Club, and athletes were shown a demonstration of how their results can be utilised on their RM Connect profile.

Official Talent Identification Partner of the AFL
Established as the Official Talent ID Partner of the AFL, supporting talent identification and game development through operating and conducting performance testing.
2015
NAB League Testing
Conducted the athletic combine for the leading under-18 Australian rules football representative competition (formerly TAC Cup), and has since played a significant role in the recruitment and development of Australian rules footballers to sub-elite and elite clubs including; AFL, AFLW, VFL and VFLW.

AFL Multicultural Testing
Rookie Me became the testing body for numerous AFL multicultural programs, including The Bachar Houli Academy (affiliated with Richmond Football Club) and The Adam Saad Academy (affiliated with Essendon Football Club).

NBA/FIBA Basketball Without Borders
Conducted athletic testing for the top young basketball players from 17 countries as part of the NBA/FIBA Basketball Without Borders (BWB) program.

Academy Launch
Rookie Me acquired DraftStar Academy – a leading AFL affiliated academy, which has had over 10,000 young athletes participate in varied programs over the years.

Inaugural Rookie Me Combine
Conducted its first official annual AFL Combine, to provide all athletes of eligible drafting age a chance to be recognised by AFL/AFLW/VFL/VFLW recruiters and create an opportunity to be drafted.

Next Generation Academy Testing
Established as a performance testing partner for AFL club’s Next Generation Academy programs, collaborating to engage and identify Indigenous and Multicultural talent, within their specified region throughout the country.

National Female Talent Search
In conjunction with the AFL, Rookie Me conducted the National Female Talent search to recognise and identify female footballers across the country, in preparation for the introduction of the AFLW league.
2018
Draft Central Launch
Rookie Me acquired Draft Central, a growing media organisation providing sports articles, podcasts, stats and more for Australian rules football, Basketball, Netball, Tennis and Combat Sports.

Skills product launch
Rookie Me in conjunction with the Pendlebury brothers, added an exciting addition in the field of skill development, offering exclusive one-on-one or small group, face-to-face personalised training sessions.

NBL Next Gen Combine
Rookie Me conducted the athletic performance testing for the National Basketball League (NBL) Next Gen Camp, which hosts some of the best young talent from around the world, in front of NBL coaches and scouts.

Women’s Academy launch
Following the upscale participation from females, RM launched an Academy to continue to develop and grow the next generation of female athletes and participants in Australian rules football.

Official Coaching Technology Partner of the AFL
Established as the Official Coaching Technology Partner of the AFL, hosting the official AFL coaching curriculum on the RM Coach platform, which is accessible to all AFL-accredited coaches worldwide.

Coach product launch
Coaching development platform, delivering tailored educational tools and resources, for coaches at all levels of their career.

Interchanger Launch
Rookie Me acquired Interchanger – an app to manage player rotations, injuries, stats and scores, utilised by eleven of Australia’s major AFL clubs, over 30 state league clubs, and over 1000 community teams.
